Our 2,500 square foot wellness center includes a relaxing, sunny reception area where you can sit and enjoy our custom made teas.

Your wellness experience includes a wide variety of holistic body & skincare treatments using only the most natural and local (when possible) products available. Our amenities include beautiful treatment rooms, full men and women’s bathrooms with showering facilities and Portland Power Yoga's heated studio just down the hall. HARA also provides Free Parking, Complimentary Wireless and is handicap accessible. Our studio is conveniently located on the Portland Trail system, just minutes from from Portland’s Back Bay and our picturesque Eastern Promenade, allowing you to easily access us by foot or bike. We are happy to provide a bike rack for your convenience.

A graduate of Downeast School of Massage, Dearbhaile began her journey working with those suffering from chronic pain and disabling illness. Through deep neuromuscular therapy and shiatsu massage she helps clients cope with and recover from both acute and chronic pain. Over the years her practice has grown into HARA and now holds a variety of talented therapists who are also committed to providing thoughtful and therapeutic bodywork.

Both a Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician Amanda brings a great understanding and passion to her bodywork and skincare.

Alexandra received her CTS degree in Massage Therapy from Delgado Community College in New Orleans, LA and has been perfecting her bodywork for six years. She is a multi-talented therapist with a speciality in Craniosacral Therapy.

A graduate of Empire Beauty School and a licensed cosmetologist, Heather brings a bright and compassionate nature to every treatment. Heather is a Maine native with a great love of the outdoors.

For more than ten years Laurie has been working in therapeutic energy work, trained in Traditional Usui Reiki, MDT- Shamballa Multidimensional Transformational Therapy, and IET-Integrative Energy Therapy. As a practitioner Laurie's goal is to facilitate balance and harmony within the body, mind, and soul allowing the patient to reconnect with their inner core while releasing external and internal stresses and pain. Laurie's passion is to empower people and to highlight their role in affecting their own well-being.

A graduate of Sarasota School of Massage Therapy, Kiara has been exploring and developing her craft as a bodyworker for over twenty years. She enjoys meeting her clients exactly where they are in each session. Her treatments blend components of deep tissue, relaxation and energetic healing. Kiara's passion lays in her signature treatment, Transformational Bodywork, addressing the client as a whole being by exploring the interplay of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual in a session with the potential of deep transformation.
